About
I have taught mathematics for 6 years in high school. I have worked in life assurance companies and pensions where I was involved in life valuations, life underwriting, pensions administration and actuarial valuation. I was a pioneer lecturer in actuarial science where I was involved in developing actuarial science curriculum as well as teaching actuarial science in both Karatina University and Mount Kenya University.
I was a lead consultant for Insurance Regulatory Authority participating in three projects: Penetration of Micro-Insurance Business in Kenya, Nature and Extent of Insurance Fraud and Insurance Claims Settlement.
