I’m a Computer Science lecturer with a passion for teaching, leadership, and technology. I’ve been in the field since 2012, working in both Kenya and internationally at different universities. At Daystar University, I’ve taken on a few leadership roles, like Acting Head of the Computer Science Department and Director of eLearning. Right now, I’m the Deputy Director of Quality Assurance, while still teaching in the Department of Computer Science. I also play an active role on the ICT Committee and the ODeL Board.
When I’m not teaching, I’m working with local companies, helping them with software development, IT solutions, and business strategy. I’ve developed a strong skill set in software development, eLearning systems, problem-solving, and even entrepreneurship.
I’m also a member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), IEEE, and I care about giving back to the community. That’s why I serve as the vice-chairman of the Board of Management at Mulandi Primary School in Machakos County.
Over the years, I’ve been part of some exciting projects, like overseeing the creation of a Memo App by Computer Science students, Thesis Management, Journal Management System at Daystar University, and developing mobile software solutions for Africa118 and East Africa Merchants Limited.
