I am a full faculty member in the department of strategic and organisational communication in the School of Communication. My experience in communication spans a wide range of areas including print and radio journalism, public relations, behaviour change communication and strategic communication. My area of expertise is strategic communication and relationship management, which was the focus of my doctoral research.
