About

After graduating with a Bachelor of Education (Science) degree, I started my career as a teacher working in a number of private schools and some international NGOs in Nakuru County. I was later employed by the Teachers Service Commission- Kenya as a Mathematics/Physics teacher-a position I held rising fast to Job group M within a very short time before resigning to continue with my doctorate studies. While working as a TSC teacher, I was appointed the Head of Department-Examination and Careers. In this powerful position in a high school setting, I streamlined the examination systems and implemented several education policy issues in my workstation. For more than four years, I lectured at Bugema University, Africa International

University, and International Leadership University. I am a good team player, coalition builder and treasure in networking with like-minded individuals and groups. I am a respectful and self-disciplined individual who is willing and committed to learning and can go an extra mile to achieve corporate and individual goals in service delivery and development.

Research, the core of development work, is one of my interest areas. I have supervised a number of postgraduate students and taught courses for research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in different universities. Through hard work, dedication, commitment and willingness to learn, I have acquired, developed and demonstrated skills in psychological assessments, psychotherapy, curriculum development, teaching and instruction, cocurricula activities training, monitoring and evaluation among others. Endowed with fast learning abilities, am in a progressive path towards optimum social, physical, emotional, and intellectual contribution to the society.
