Dr. Florence Oginda is a Kenyan academic, research scholar, and corporate consultant specializing in strategic management, business law, and technological innovation.
She currently serves as a university educator notably lecturing business administration and law modules at Daystar University and works as an associate consultant with institutions like Equatorial Management Consultants. Her research focuses on how technology innovation strategies directly influence the performance and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, with published work on Kenya's electric power subsector.
