I have over 20 years working experience in Management and leadership in private Institutions of higher Learning having worked as the Director Postgraduate studies , Ag. Director, Research and Graduate Studies, Deputy Director, Research and Graduate Studies, Deputy University Registrar -Daystar University, Director, Quality Assurance Management University of Africa (MUA) ,Ag. Registrar-ARSA MUA, Director Examination MUA , Chief Manager Branch Services/Examination The Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Branch Manager KIM Nakuru, Eldoret and Nairobi .
I’am a Peer- Reviewer on Quality for the Commission for University Education in Kenya (CUE).

A trainer in Leadership & Management, Human Resource Consultant and an academician. Dinah also has a wealth of experience and expertise on Human Resources practices, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Development, Examination management and administration, curriculum development, Research, Quality Assurance, Job evaluation, risk management, strategic planning, change management, health and safety and Budgeting skills.
