About
  • I am a Missiologist (a branch in theology), lecturer, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in exemplary university-level teaching, non-formal education training, and leadership roles both locally and internationally.
  • My teaching spans a diverse array of theological and leadership courses in multicultural contexts across Africa and Asia, utilizing both residential and online formats.
  • I have provided strategic leadership for a Master's program in Organizational Leadership and Development in East Africa, achieving high graduation rates and demonstrating substantial leadership impact among graduates.
  • I have successfully trained and mentored faculty from various African countries in online course delivery and adult learning methodologies, significantly contributing to expanding the faculty pool for the Master's program, offered in 18 partner universities worldwide.
  • In collaborative content development I co-authored an action research methods course, enhancing the curriculum for a Master's program utilized across 18 partner institutions.
  • Participated in the design of a training model for dealing with poverty and development in collaboration with an international Christian NGO successfully contributing to a program now implemented in 40 countries with effective scalability and adaptability.
  • As one of 350 contributors to the Africa Study Bible, I helped provide a vital resource for those ministering in Africa, enabling them to engage deeply with biblical insights.
  • I have provided expert assessment for a book-writing project in Missiology and served as an External Examiner for doctoral candidates in the Department of Spirituality, Church History, and Missiology at the University of South Africa.
  • Successfully supervised with effective guidance and support 34 master’s theses to completion, with 50% of students finishing their research and thesis within one year.
  • I am currently the program leader in the development of a cutting-edge program that responds to contemporary needs, ensuring it meets the evolving demands of our field.
