Rev. Dr. MacMillan Kiiru is an ordained Priest with the Anglican Church of Kenya, Mt. Kenya South Diocese. 

Rev. Dr. Kiiru’s professional goal is to empower individuals, organizations and communities for transformation and impact through training and development.

Rev. Dr. MacMillan Kiiru has worked as the Chief Executive of Lenmac Leadership Institute (1990 - to date). He is a lecturer at St. Paul’s University​​ (2010 to date), and Africa International University ​​​(2013 to date). Rev. Dr. Kiiru is also currently managing a Bible School, Counseling School and Youth Training Program.

Previously, Rev. Dr. Kiiru worked as a lecturer at ​​​Azusa Pacific University​​ (​​2008-2013),

​​​Pan Africa Christian University​ (​2011-2013) and Daystar University (​​​​​2011-2013).

​​​He was also the Executive Director of ​​​Africa Center for Missions Afriserve​​ in Nairobi, Kenya, from (2003-2006). Between 2001 - 2002​, Rev. Dr. Kiiru worked as ​​​​​​​Student Health Insurance Coordinator at Fuller Theological Seminary in California, USA, and as Marketing and Management Consultant at Lenmac Consultancy Services, Nairobi Kenya, from 1990-1998.

Rev. Dr. Kiiru holds a PhD (Doctor of Missiology), from Fuller Theological Seminary in California, USA; Master of Arts in Communication and Christian Ministries from Wheaton College through Daystar (1984); Master of Arts in Commerce and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow in Scotland, UK, and several Certificates and Diplomas from the Kenya Polytechnic, and City and Guilds of London Institute.
Rev. Dr. Kiiru has authored several publications among them:
