Ms. Catherine Butaki is a professional public servant with over 18 years’ experience having worked in different Kenyan Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies. She is currently the Deputy Director Public Affairs and Communications at The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA).

She holds a BA degree in Communication, (Daystar University), PGD in Mass Communication (Kenya Institute of Mass Communication – KIMC) and Executive MA in Diplomacy and Foreign Policy, (Moi University).

Catherine is a recipient of The Daystar University Alumni Awards - Outstanding Public Servant 2018, for her diligence and extensive work she has undertaken to date in her different roles as a public servant. 

She is passionate about good corporate governance, development and improving the welfare of the less privileged in society. Social transformation through correcting positioning in the Market place. Her mantra is No one should be poor and poverty is undignified. Through her Christian convictions and faith, she is changing and improving the welfare of the lowly in society one life at a time.
